Privacy notice

PMSLY collects the email address entered in the waitlist form to send private beta, onboarding and product launch updates.

• Controller: PMSLY, a project founded in Palermo. Operational contact: privacy@pmsly.com.
• Data processed: email address, submission timestamp and technical metadata handled by the form provider.
• Purposes: waitlist management, beta invitations, product communication and contact requests.
• Legal basis: user consent and legitimate interest in handling the request received.
• Form provider: Formspree, used to receive signups and forward them to the PMSLY team.
• Retention: until deletion is requested or until the pre-launch phase closes.
• Rights: access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection and portability by contacting privacy@pmsly.com.

Terms of use

The website presents PMSLY in pre-launch. Joining the waitlist does not create a service contract, does not require a credit card and does not guarantee immediate beta access.

Features, pricing and timelines may change before public launch. Any early-adopter offer will be confirmed in writing to invited users.

Cookies

The PMSLY landing page does not install advertising profiling cookies. The site may use technical browser features and calls to Formspree only when you submit the form.

If analytics, pixels or marketing tools are added later, this section will be updated and, where required, a dedicated consent flow will be shown.

GDPR notes

For the pre-launch phase we apply data minimisation, deletion on request and restricted access to signups. Before public launch, PMSLY will complete processing records, supplier agreements, export/deletion procedures and product-specific notices.
